Welcome to the fashion circus! This summer saw the birth of The Harlequin trend with collections from Miu Miu, Karen Walker, Sass & Bide, Victor & Rolf. This trend is not for the fainthearted with its explosion of colour, diamond prints and oversized ruffles. Often when we see a trend emerging it can look too scary to contemplate - but! Where there’s a will there’s a way and this edgy look can be toned down to become more wear-able for us fashion conscious gals!

With Glastonbury over for another year, I am again left feeling gutted that I didn’t make it to THE festival. After last year’s toxic mud bath it was a complete turn around with the weather staying pretty good and it made me ponder…maybe I’ll brave it next year…however I must say that I enjoyed watching from the comfort of my cozy couch! It seems that every year a band really blows me away and this year it was Kings of Leon, what a set!!!

They just kept belting out hit after hit like true rock legends and for me they won hands down.

As well as watching the bands I love spying on the ‘Glasto trends’ and apart from the queen of cool Kate Moss, who never seems to put a foot wrong in the fashion stakes, I was really loving some of the outfits worn by Duffy, Alexa Cheung and Pixie Geldolf to name but a few.

Duffy nailed it with the cutest nautical outfit, the highwaist shorts and stripe vest is a really chic ensemble and is a great holiday outfit. Alexa looked really cool in her denim version. She looks like she just throws anything on and it always looks great! Check out the Love Label pieces below to steal their style!
