One of my favourite new street trends to come through this summer has to be the simple vest top worn with a high-waisted skirt or pair of shorts. It is such a casual laid back look that manages to look effortlessly cool and surprisingly smart. It such a cheap and easy way to modernise your wardrobe, as any old favourite t-shirt can instantly be updated, but it is worth investing in a good fitting pair of high-waisted shorts, as these can be very unforgiving!
